Jenn by Design doesn't care about her clients

Jenn did my hair for my wedding. I had earlier written a review on her because she did a good job on my wedding hair.

I would now like to review her as a hairdresser. Last week I had a hair appt with Jenn. The morning of my appointment Jenn contacted me saying she was sick and requesting we move my appointment. I had some flexibility in my schedule so I said ok and we rescheduled for the next day.

The following morning she said she was still sick and again asked if we could move the appt. While frustrated, I again moved the appt to a few days later but made a point to say that I really needed my hair cut and highlighted for a wedding I was attending that weekend. Jenn assured me that I wouldn't have a problem. The morning of my 3rd appointment, Jenn sent me a text saying her puppy had gotten sick and she had a mess to clean up and asked if we could push the appointment back.

When I asked how far back, I didn't get an answer. Several text messages, 1 phone call where I left a voicemail, and almost 2 hours later, I got angry and called someone else. I never heard back from her at all. Not that day or the next.

Jenn was extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and inconsiderate.

I would never go back to her and I would never recommend her to anyone, EVER.

If you can't keep a clients appointment after rescheduling 3 times, then you obviously don't care enough about your business to run it. Don't waste your time or your money on this woman.
